Job Summary:
As the HR Assistant, you’ll help manage daily HR operations and support a positive, respectful workplace culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in small team environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, and screening candidates
- Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records
- Track staff hours, absences, and time-off requests
- Support compliance with health & safety and labor regulations
- Coordinate team meetings and internal communications
- Assist with payroll preparation and HR documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential info
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Familiarity with HR processes and documentation
