Job Summary:

As the Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the face of our shop—managing customer relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and manage walk-ins and phone/email inquiries
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain the shop calendar
  • Process payments and generate invoices
  • Coordinate with mechanics on service timelines and updates
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Keep track of parts orders and service records
  • Support small administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior customer service or reception experience preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
