Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the face of our shop—managing customer relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and manage walk-ins and phone/email inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and maintain the shop calendar
- Process payments and generate invoices
- Coordinate with mechanics on service timelines and updates
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Keep track of parts orders and service records
- Support small administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service or reception experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
